Uptime and status.

Public status page

Real-time uptime, incident history, and scheduled maintenance: status.shippingbill.ai (separate domain, hosted independently of the main app).

SLA targets

  • Marketing site (shippingbill.ai): 99.95 percent monthly uptime, measured externally via Better Stack.
  • App (app.shippingbill.ai): 99.9 percent monthly uptime during IST business hours (9am to 9pm), 99.5 percent outside.
  • API endpoints: p50 < 250ms, p95 < 800ms for read; p95 < 2.5s for HS classification.
  • WhatsApp alerts: p95 delivery within 60 seconds of trigger (subject to Gupshup and WhatsApp upstream).

Maintenance windows

Planned maintenance is announced 7 days in advance via email, the status page, and in-app banner. Windows are typically Sunday 2am to 4am IST. We have not exceeded one window per quarter on average.

Incident communications

P1 incidents (full app outage): initial communication within 15 minutes on the status page and in-app banner. P2 incidents (degraded service): within 30 minutes. P3 (partial feature): within 1 hour. Post-mortems for all P1 and P2 incidents published within 5 working days.
